Another lost game, this time against the leader of the league. The 2 top dogs
AIK and
Öster are really ahead of the pack, so we can do our best, but sometimes even that is not good enough. Öster got help from a pajas, but AIK did just beat us, fair and square, end of discussion.
Now that these 2 big shots are gone, unfortunately but not unexpectedly without a single point, we need to focus on getting above that damn line. Right on that spot there's a group of 3:
- Falkenberg: they seem to have found some shape, and have not lost too much recently. Besides, we've played both games against them, so they can keep on winning as long as the others are losing.
- Boden: less even than Falkenberg, but some ok games. They're this season's last game, so it should not depend on that one.
- Degerfors: maybe even less even if I may say. Next next game, away.
Next game is home this sunday against
Trelleborg. Kind of a derby again, we have to win this one. They've not won in a while, so they'll have their morale in their socks, let's make sure it stays there. And they're only 2 points above the group of 3, so it would be a good win.
8 games to go MAIF, it's not a lost cause. Forget the past 2 games where not much could be done or hoped for anyway, and meet every new game like you did meet Västerås. Be aggressive everywhere. Secure all your passes. Provoke. Goals don't come out of nowhere, nor from 1 single person. I'd like to have
Zizou or
Titi in the team to make their wonders, but until either of them signs for MAIF, we just need everyone in his own place to make his job with outmost application.
As Mink #2 would say: "Zere is no sicret, if you work, you get rizults".
