What a shame!

Mjällby:1 - Qviding:1
if somebody has told me that before the game, I had probably laughed. Unfortunatelly, it happened tonight. We could take easily 3 points tonight, especially because of the first 20 minutes of the game, where Mjällby dominated the game. But like usually, we didn't kill the game like we should.
On the other side, Qviding had one opportunity, and a put a very nice goal. A defensive too passive, a goal wrong placed, and here we are with one goal behind.
After the break, Mjällby scored thanks to F. Olsson. Mjällby pushed at the end of the game, like usually, so the question is why always wait the end of the game, especially against Qviding which is not a best practise in term of football.

We don't have to speak too much on the game, just remind that Mjällby had touched twice the post.

But comments can be done on some points:
- I was naive when I thought that trainer of a football team was to encourage and push the team and be the motor when you feel that with some motivation you can win the game. But I was wrong: be trainer is to speak during the game with your colleague (about the weather for example), if possible not too loud so that nobody can hear you (especially the players), and read papers about tactics. They received the new version of "football for dummies", and were very motivated to read it. After finding the chapter "how to replace a player"; they were happy to put it in practise...in the 75th minute. During this season in all the games at Strandvallen, we heard more the trainer of the other team than our 2 trainers. If they are no trainers during the game, it would be exactly the same. No activity from them, a disaster
My proposal is to keep one trainer (the most motivated if possible), and with the money saving, buy a striker.

- Why always let play the same players, especially when they don't bring anything on the field. Why don't give a chance to Tobias Johansson and Alexander Malmström, that wait to show to everybody what they are able to do? Tobias, everytime he played, was dangerous and a "fighter". Why continue to play with Sjöfors who doesn't have any added value for the team. stupid faults when not necessary, slow, never placed at the right place. If we keep him because he scored one year 40 goals in the norwish league and because we think that he is a potential leader, then we can stop to dream. At one time, decisions and changes has to be made. F. Olsson who doesn't have this killer instinct like last year. The goal today is not representative of his game. he is still not in form.

- we miss a real leader of the team. Hiirsa is injured, but I hope that he will come back soon. We are not able to beat a team like Qviding, we can have some doubts for the rest of the season. the situation starts to be catastrophic!!!

- Should we ask Mjällby AIF to pay back the season cards, because the spectacle that offers us the players and the trainers is a joke...at the moment. we can only hope that it will be better soon, for example next week against Landskrona.

- Positive points: even with this ridiculous score, there are some positive points.
Strandvallen were very pleased to see playing tonight Johan Svensson and Markus Ekenberg. lot of activity, dangerous, generous, physical. Daniel Nilsson and Johan Persson did a good game in the midfield. tired at the end of the game, but it is normal where you are playing a 4-2-4, you must run like for 2 players. Strubbarna is back also, very nice to hear them singing, and this is important and necessary. and the referee was good also...for one time.

Eh ... mister Frenchmink... you are very hard in your comments.

You forget to say that Dusan - our hero of GAIS last year - is on the bench. He has not been good at the begining of the season. It´s may be time to put him back in the 11.

We should may be take a 3rd coach ... If with 3 coach we don´t manage...

You are right, this time again we can not say nothing against the referee.

It´s a big DISAPOINTMENT.

Shame on you how ctitisase the trainers! The have done so MAIF plays good fotball for the moment. The are passning the ball and the kicking long balls A´la Ctraz är far away from the team. The can not score the goals for the team.

But that you wright about Sjöfors is all right. He is a disaster as a player. I think we can sale him to Hanö IF if he takes place thare!! I can pay HAnö IF a couple og beers.

Olsson är very importent in the team! Why?? Becuse of his running in the deeps. The matches when they are chancing him fot a another player and Ekenber moves upp in front. We have 2 palyers how not take the deeps runnings. Sjöfors and Eken will always have the balls to ther feets.

You are writing about Tobbe and Alex.. If ypu will have them in the team. Wich one will you put aot of tje team???

Sorry for my bad English!

I do not speak or write english very often.

I do retract my comment from 2 articles ago: Sjöfors should pursue his career in show-business, he was less ridiculous at the MAIF fest singing than at the game yesterday. I would definitely take him off the pitch, Eken with Olsson in the front, and use all 6 midfielders every game (Johan S and Alex on the left, Hiir-Sa and Johan P in the middle, Danne and Tobbe on the right).

Of course, if the trainers wait until the 75th minute, to make changes, it's too late. Make changes at the 60th minute, so when the 1st guy start to be tired, the level goes back up to 100%.

I am in favor of using all 3 changes every game, to use the maximum of fresh blood. Who you take out is only a matter of who is most tired.

Olsson is not in his best shape yet, but at least he's trying, and he can run.

Frenchmink;

Maybe not only take out the guy who is most tired, you have to have some plan of where they should play and how they can replace each other as well... But I suppose that was not your point.

You are though very right in that if you have 3 posibilities of changes, use them! Change the game and speed it up with some fresh blood.

I agree on that Sjöfors didn´t do his best game. Let him - or Olsson on the bench. Or both. If one out, you can replace him with Eken. If both out, try Johan S! Midfielders we have a bunch - Denilsson, Johan P, Tobbe J, Alex M, Jonas A and the injured Hiirsa except of Johan S and Eken.

By the way. I don´t miss Hiirsa the player in the field. But I do miss Hiirsa the leader.
